You know the drill, respond to the following. Post an appropriate picture if you can. I realize posting pics from the laptops is rather difficult, but try. From the laptops, you need to use a web url to post a picture. If you paste the url into the upload box a picture should appear before you try to upload it. I had to try 4 different pictures the other day before I found one not blocked by filters. However, the most important thing is to respond to the following prompts.
